Mark Maccalupo

From the beginning of his career Mark pursued the best talents in the hair industry to center his education in color & cutting techniques. Some of the legendary names in the business Mark has trained with include, Beth and Carmine Minardi, Roy Peters, Daniel Dowd, Ruth Roche, Oscar and Wendy Bond, Sam Villa and Lorraine Massey over the past 20 years. “I went wherever the best people were offering private workshops, hands-on seminars… anything that would get me in a room with the people that developed the color lines and setting the trends.”

Mark is thrilled to have returned back to working behind the chair at Seagrass after living & working in Los Angeles for 6 years. Mark and his wife, Sarah love living in Wilmington and enjoy diving, hiking, boating, scuba diving and most of all time with their children Juliet and Bryce.
